Shipping Policy

WINGLUCK dispatches every sold Product to respective user after verification of Address and Adhaar Card Number. WINGLUCK is committed to deliver your Product sold on WINGLUCK, in good condition, and always on time.

User have to pay Shipping Cost according to weight and category of product in addition to product amount, If applicable.

WINGLUCK delivers exclusively through DTDC or BLUE DART SERVICE, In case of Vehicles or any other products which are not eligible to send through courier, will deliver by WINGLUCK Representative by hand.

In Case, BLUE DART is unavailable to deliver the Parcel due to any reason then WINGLUCK will dispatch it again without any shipping charges to the user after confirming and verifying address via INDIA POST Service.

NOTE: WINGLUCK will not send any product to any user through Courier without confirmation and approval by the user. So user have to place the Order through WINGLUCK website by accepting T&C.

Shipping/Delivery Timeframe:
The sold Product will be dispatched to buyer on his/her registered address within 3 to 4 working days and the delivery will depend on the Courier Company's policies. In case Wingluck representative delivers the product by hand then it will be within 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.
The Credits will be added in user's panel immediately after confirmation of payment. No physical delivery proof required for the same, user can check the Credit History under Credit and Quotation History section. A confirmation email will be sent to user on purchase of Credits.

If user believe that the Parcel or Product, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact Customer Care.

Please note Reward/Gifts will be shipped with an Invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

If applicable (On some products), Delivery of the product will be obtained by the buyer from the nearest dealer or address communicated by WINGLUCK .
Winner will take the delivery of the product or avail the services after being satisfied about all the aspects about the product/services including the qualitative aspects. WINGLUCK claims no responsibility for that.

Holiday Vouchers will be sent on the registered email of the Winner.

Price includes cost of the product/service only, all other cost including but not limited to Insurance, freight, carriage , accessories, taxes, registrations, licenses, permits and approvals etc will be sole responsibility of BUYER.

No product or service shall be exchanged for cash or any other mode of payment by WINGLUCK , however the customer may be free to enter a deed or agreement with any third party for sale of his product or service beyond and after the completion of the sale agreement with WINGLUCK and fulfillment of the entered contract.
